How the price is built

Users: $129 each per month, or $99 per month equivalent billed at $1,188 per year. Three-user minimum. Hosted supports up to five; Dedicated supports the standard package through ten.

Dedicated infrastructure adds $999 per month: database $200, EdgeKeeper Server $899, less a $100 bundle discount. Annual infrastructure is $899 per month equivalent.

More than ten users needs a tailored quote. Existing negotiated rates and purchased quantities continue under their agreements.

Guidance, shared playbooks and automations we release for everyone are included with Dedicated. Bespoke automation builds are scoped separately. Any change a platform could make is held back — refused by our server before anything reaches the platform — until a person switches it on, and nothing is switched on today.

What is EdgeKeeper?

EdgeKeeper is software we created to guard the edges between AI and your MSP’s systems. Switchboard brings your connected information together. Dedicated gives your MSP its own server and database; security controls apply to both packages.

Why Dedicated from six users?

Larger teams need their own environment. Six through ten licensed users require Dedicated. Above ten, Brian reviews your workload, platform count, syncs and automation needs with you before quoting. User count is a package boundary, not a claim that every server handles the same workload.

What counts as a client tenant?

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants count together: the first 5 are included on Hosted, and the first 10 on Dedicated. Each additional tenant is $10 per month. Other connectors do not add a per-client tenant fee. Dedicated includes all connector types; Hosted connects up to 5 platforms.

What about usage and tokens?

Is there an onboarding fee or a setup delay?

On Dedicated, your EdgeKeeper Server and database are provisioned at signup. No onboarding fee and no separate setup wait. Connect your systems and get started.

When am I billed?

The 14-day trial covers seats and the database. Your Dedicated server is provisioned at signup and bills from activation. There is no onboarding fee. Seats and infrastructure can therefore have different billing dates. Additional client tenants are billed monthly; the calculator shows your subscription costs.

What about my existing subscription?

Your current purchased access continues. You can keep or reduce existing seat quantities. Increasing above five requires live Dedicated infrastructure; increasing above ten needs a conversation. Existing negotiated and accepted beta agreements remain in effect.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel through Billing and retain access through your current paid period. Monthly billing gives you a monthly commitment; annual billing is paid yearly.
